Message	I had the engine, diff, and trans oil changed and told them what I had planned. I asked them to check over the car for me. They put the car on a lift and check wheel bearings and brake pad wear, tread wear and looked for anything "funny". Nowadays, I can do all that myself, but at the time, it was very reassuring. I know the Wisconsin BMW club has a self-checklist of items you can test (with a mechanic) before you come to a track day, and you need a signature on that sheet saying you did indeed perform the checks. You might try searching the web for that. - John
